• Tracking long-term challenges
• Recording reflections
• Monitoring personal consistency and accountability

Lonya is a productivity tool and does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice.

We do not guarantee any specific personal results or outcomes.

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing content
• Harass, threaten, or spam other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for illegal or malicious purposes

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain full ownership of the content you create on Lonya.

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Host
• Store
• Display
• Process

such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

If you choose to make content public, you grant us the right to display and promote it within the platform.

Lonya offers paid subscription plans.

Free Trial

New users may receive a 14-day free trial with full access.

After the trial period ends, access to paid features requires an active subscription.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our third-party payment provider.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees
• Authorize recurring billing (if applicable)

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or through Lemon Squeezy.

Refunds are handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's refund policies.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU law.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding user content), including:

• Software
• Design
• Branding
• Logos
• Content

are owned by the Operator.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without prior written consent.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted
• The Service will be error-free
• Data will never be lost

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities

Total liability arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
